  • All information provided in your application is true, accurate, complete and not misleading in any respect.
  • You are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You are a South African citizen or permanent resident, or a legally registered entity in South Africa.
  • You are not currently subject to any debt review, sequestration, administration order or similar insolvency or debt relief process.
  • You consent to the Company verifying your personal and financial information through appropriate internal and external processes.

Submission of an application does not constitute an offer to provide funding, nor does it create any obligation on the part of the Company to approve, structure or disburse any funds. All applications are subject to internal assessment and the Company's sole discretion.

No Upfront Fees: African Liberal Investments does not charge any upfront fees, application fees, processing fees or advance payments as a condition of reviewing, approving or disbursing any funding. Any person or entity requesting such payment and claiming to represent the Company is engaging in fraud. Report all such incidents immediately to us at info@a-l-i.co.za.

If your application is approved, the specific terms of any funding arrangement — including the amount, interest rate, repayment schedule, fees and conditions — will be communicated to you in a formal written agreement. No funding will be disbursed until a duly signed agreement is in place. You are under no obligation to proceed with any approved offer and may withdraw at any time before signing.

Providing false, misleading or incomplete information in an application may result in immediate decline or cancellation of any funding arrangement and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

  • No investment participation will be formalised without the execution of a written agreement specifying the terms, risks and conditions of participation.
  • All investment activity involves risk. The value of any investment or participation interest may decrease as well as increase, and past performance is not indicative of future results.

No Guaranteed Returns: African Liberal Investments does not guarantee, represent or warrant any specific return, income, profit or other financial outcome from any investment participation arrangement. Any person claiming to offer guaranteed returns on behalf of the Company is acting fraudulently. Independent financial advice should be sought before committing to any participation arrangement.
